Order Cancellation/Return Policy

Return of product is always considered as painful process for customers but we keep it very simple and seamless for our customers without any complication. Proper guidance, transparent terms, quick and prompt actions on all returns will ensure satisfaction and most important part is Money back Guarantee is our commitment to all our customers. We only request customers to follow defined process which will help us close return issue as quick as possible. Below stated are various nature of returns/refunds.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement unless it is shipped. The customer simply need to send email or call us on 7323724557 between 7 AM to 7 PM EST requesting cancellation and order will be cancelled without any hassle. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible and our system is designed so. Hence, an order once shipped, cannot be cancelled. In that scenario, we suggest customers to accept the package and proceed for return request. We ensure that the package will be picked up within 2 business working days from the time it was requested. The customer need not worry about the refund as the refund shall be issued within 1 business working day once we receive package back in our warehouse in as is condition.


1)     Wrong purchase made and cancelled before shipping will not implicate any charges. 100% refund will be processed immediately.

2)     In case order is shipped, the customer is bound to pay the shipping charges. Refund will be processed only after package is delivered in warehouse.

3)     In case of any damage observed or if package is opened/used/repacked and returned, it will be considered as Buyer’s remorse case. Therefore, return shipping fee and 25% restocking fee will be deducted.

4)     In order to save our customers from the above inconvenience, we request our Customers to be sure if want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Any Order refused at delivery will be assessed for all the applicable fees including Return shipping cost, 25% Restocking Fee. 

5)     If order is refused due to wrong delivery address or invalid phone number, it will be return back after three legitimate attempts by shipping carrier. Return shipping fee, 25% restocking fee and further additional charges like delivery attempt fee will be deducted and refund will be processed accordingly.

In order to receive appropriate credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Unless the product has any manufacturing or in-transit damage and customer decides to return the product with his/her own will, it will be considered as Buyer’s remorse case. Hence, Return Shipping fee and 25% restocking fee will be applicable.


1)     Please contact us for RA with valid reason for returning of the product.

2)     After RA is issued we will arrange pick up within 2 business days from the date of issuing RA.

3)     We will forward prepaid return shipping label via email which Customer has to apply on package removing all other labels to avoid confusion.

4)     All Returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.

5)     Once package is delivered in warehouse, it will be rechecked to ensure quality control. If any damage observed due to poor packaging will be updated to Customer and Images will be shared accordingly. Additional charges will be applicable with Customer’s consent and deducted from refund.

6)     In Ideal circumstances Refund will be issued within 2 business working days deducting all relevant charges (if applicable).

7)     Refund process may get delayed in case of any unavoidable circumstances and delay.




If any damage/dent/crack on product observed after delivery Customer will have to update us within 7 day from the date of delivery. Any request after 7days will not be accepted. Therefore, we request all our Customers to fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if they do not plan on opening the carton right away. In case of any concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material.

1)     Please contact us via email or call and update us with relevant order detail.

2)     We further request customers to provide images where damage/dent/crack observed. This will help us find out whether it’s damage in transit due to mishandling or manufacturing defect. Images also help us improve our packaging standards and areas to upgrade. Kindly note, any delay in providing images results in delay of refund/replacement.

3)     We will than find out whether damage part is replaceable or not. Kindly note, if customer decides and change his/her mind to return the product even though it is repairable then it will considered as buyer’s Remorse case.

4)     If damage/dent part is not replaceable then we will immediately sent another replacement piece.

5)     We will either issue return label to for pickup of damage product or shall update customer to discard it at his/her end.

6)     Kindly note any damaged product returned without the RA# will be considered as Buyer’s remorse case.



If in case Customer receives any product with issue of manufacturing defect, wrong color/size will be replaced or refunded immediately.

1)     Please contact us via email or call and update us with your order details and defect/issue observed.

2)     If Customer opts for replacement, we immediate process fresh order and a new product will be shipped within 2 business working days.

3)     If Customer opts for complete refund we immediately process 100% refund.

4)     If Manufacturer request for return of defective piece, prepaid shipping label will be issued and pick up will be scheduled. Customer intervention will be limited only to repack the defective piece and apply label on it.<br/>

5)     Return package will be picked up within 3 business working days from scheduled pick up date.

6)     If the carrier does not turn up for pick up after 10 day from scheduled pick up then Customer is allowed to discard defective piece at his/her end.

7)     We further request customers to provide images with defect observed. This will help us understand core issue properly and facilitating a smooth and quick return process. Kindly note, any delay in providing images results in delay of refund/replacement.<br/><br/>

1)     We shall not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or children’s furniture.

2)     We shall not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened.

3)     We shall not accept returns on any Software, Video Games, iPods, Computer Parts, Electronics items that have been opened (box open or plastic removed) or any Laptops or PC's.

4)     We shall not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. Also, later Oct 30th, we shall not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn.

5)     Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how minimal, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn’t meet your expectation.



1)     All items sold by Oceanicasa.com have a set shipping charges based on items weight and value of order. Any order having sales value above 49$ will be under ”Free Shipping” offer.

2)     Please allow 2-6 Business days for your order to ship and for any additional transit time. Order processing time varies depends upon brands, size and nature of products.

3)     There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason.

4)     Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, you will be informed accordingly via email.

5)     Heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier or Truck Freight and may take additional time to arrive.

6)     Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all heavy furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

7)     We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Most of our items have FREE SHIPPING; however this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping in the continental United States.
